Signage and displays for estate agents

We have made displays for estate agents since 1984. Fascias, window systems, wall graphics and the boards that go in front of them.

A branch has three jobs to do at once. Be found from the pavement. Hold property details where people actually stop and read them. Look like the brand does everywhere else. Most of what we make does one of those three things.

Sotheby's International Realty double-fronted branch, black fascia and window displays

The fascia

All signage

The sign above the window is the one people navigate by. It also takes the weather for the next ten years, so how it is built matters more than how it looks on a drawing.

We make four kinds:

Original Fascia

Formed, welded and painted aluminium tray with vinyl decals

Overlight Fascia

The same tray with LED trough lighting above, painted to match

Intalight Fascia

Push-through lettering cut into the tray face, lit from inside

Product page

Intalight Glass

Translucent vinyl on the glass, lit from inside the office

Push-through lettering is the one most agents mean when they say illuminated. The letters are cut into the aluminium face and pushed through, so the sign reads as a clean panel by day and lit lettering at night.

The window

All window displays

The window is the part the branch changes every week, so it has to be quick to work one-handed while the office is open.

Dlite Absale

LED pocket with an internal clamp. Opens, swaps, closes

Blade

Opaque glass with acrylic property details on hidden fixings

Hampton Blade

Opaque glass on a solid wood base, pockets both sides

Sovereign

Solid wooden posts with integrated LEDs and chrome poles

Tate

Pockets on stainless poles at varied heights, on a wood base

Fairfield

LED panel on stainless legs, floor or ledge mounted, plug in and go

Chase

Brushed stainless stands with integrated pockets

Totem

Pockets on a single engineered stainless pole

Musketeer

Painted aluminium unit with pockets across the display face

Boarder

Painted aluminium frames with LED sheets, hung on cables

Mayfair

Pockets on walnut panels in a stainless frame

M-Lite

High-bright digital screen on rods, runs from a memory stick

Fairfield comes in set sizes with order codes, so a branch can reorder the same unit later and it will match. The rest are made to the window.

Inside the branch

All interiors

Informer

Painted aluminium wall panel with mounted LED pockets

Prestige

Clear glass wall panels with acrylic sleeves on stand-off locators

Graphi-Lite

Aluminium frame holding an interchangeable printed fabric graphic, lit

Graphi-Paper

Digitally printed wallpaper, designed and installed

A local map on the back wall does more work than most interior graphics. It gives people something to look at while they wait, and it says which patch you cover without a word of copy.

How a job runs

01

Survey

We come to the branch and measure. No charge, no obligation.

02

Drawings

We draw it to scale and send it with a quotation, so you can see it before you commit.

03

Approval

Nothing is made until you have signed the drawing off.

04

Build

Everything comes through our Taunton workshop.

05

Install

Our fitters put it up. We work around your opening hours where we can, so the branch trades as normal.

06

After

We keep your artwork on file, so a replacement panel can be made without a second survey.

More than one branch

If you run several offices we hold the drawings and artwork for each one. A new branch can be specified from the file, and a damaged panel replaced without anyone coming out to measure again.

Book a survey

Tell us the branch and what you need. We will come and measure, then send drawings and a quotation. We reply the same working day.
